Some of our staff recently participated in a two-day workshop organized by 100 Weeks for partner organizations at Anita Hotel, Kumasi.
The workshop focused on strategies to scale up program impact, strengthen partnerships, and celebrate achievements to date. Staff from the Central, Bono, and Northern Regions came together to exchange experiences, share success stories, and explore new ideas for supporting women in their communities.
Our field staff leading the 100 Weeks Women Empowerment Programme gained practical insights to enhance their work and better empower women to achieve financial independence and personal growth.
