Challenging Heights works across multiple levels to break cycles of trafficking and economic exploitation affecting young people in Ghana.
Through its Social Transformation Framework, the organization addresses both the immediate harms of exploitation and the structural conditions that allow it to persist.
Children are rescued from trafficking and other forms of exploitation, supported through long-term recovery and reintegration programs that provide education, psychosocial care, and vocational opportunities.
At the same time, Challenging Heights works in partnership with families, communities and institutions to address the economic, social and environmental conditions that increase vulnerability to exploitation.
Together, these efforts help create safer communities and expand pathways to opportunity for young people and families to build independent futures.
