Over the weekend, Challenging Heights provided emergency support to families of individuals who lost their lives during the recent clash between Obuasi youth and military officers stationed at the AngloGold Ashanti (AGA) premises. Assistance was also extended to survivors who sustained severe injuries and are currently receiving medical treatment.
This intervention forms part of our immediate response to help affected families—particularly the wives and children of the deceased—meet their basic needs during this difficult period. As we continue to assess the situation, Challenging Heights is working to develop a more sustainable support plan for those impacted.
