I am Jemmy, a 23-year-old single mother of a 6-year-old girl. Being a single mother, I've had to work hard to provide for my girl and myself. Despite completing my education only at the Junior High School level, I have always determined to create a better future for us.

Luckily for me, Challenging Heights came through for me on the verge of giving up on my journey. I am now a beneficiary in one of their vocational centers that provides training for women to become great fashion designers. Though it's been a brief moment of learning since my admission, I've been equipped with practical skills like drafting, machine fixing, and sewing, and also taught me a strong work ethic.

I have never been excited like this about myself and life entirely. This opportunity has rekindled a light of hope and caused me to reimagine my beautiful future all over. Thank you to Challenging Heights and  everyone having a stake in this beautiful rewriting of my life's journey!
